Between disappearing grants, shifting federal priorities, and rising student needs, many schools are walking into next year with fewer resources—and more pressure—than ever before.
At the same time, behavior challenges are escalating, and educator burnout is spreading fast.
The hard truth? When stress runs high, the proactive, creative, compassionate part of the brain goes offline.
You’re not failing. Your brain is protecting you.
So without brain-based strategies that actually work, it’s hard to stay hopeful—or make lasting change.
That’s where Behavior Rewired™ comes in.
This isn’t another feel-good workshop that fades by Friday. It’s a hands-on, research-backed experience that turns brain science into practical strategies your staff can actually use.
Let’s get out ahead of it—together.
By weaving together trauma-informed neuroscience, relatable language, and powerful visuals, the B.R.A.V.E. framework gives educators a new lens—one that fosters ideas instead of overwhelm, skill-building instead of punishment.
Learn, practice, and leave with the Behavior Rewired™ Trainer Toolbox. With slides, printables, activities, videos, and ready-to-use facilitator guides, it’s never been easier to shift how educators see and respond to disruptive behavior.
Help your team make small but powerful mindset shifts that lead to quick wins and create positive momentum. Leave with fresh tools and a playful framework ready for immediate use.
State or regional teams, instructional coaches, school counselors, and other leaders who facilitate PD
Principals, APs, and district leaders driving schoolwide behavior change
Admin and staff who shape student behavior support, SEL, and MTSS/PBIS initiatives
Confidently connect brain science to behavior in a way that fits your style and setting—so your passion becomes contagious.
Build staff buy-in and navigate resistance with simple tools that speak directly to staff concerns & open the door for change.
Drive short-term momentum and lasting impact with compelling lessons, visuals, games, and classroom-friendly tools.
Connect with other passionate changemakers who are using their whole, wise brains to rewire behavior in schools across the country.
This shift doesn’t just improve classroom behavior; it creates
space for reflection, regulation, and stronger relationships.
And that changes everything.
Simplify & Apply
Communicate the brain-to-behavior connection with real world application
Rewire Perceptions of Behavior
Recognize and name brain-based behavior patterns in ourselves, staff, and students
Improve Communication
Introduce brain-based language into everyday interactions (without feeling scripted)
Harness Your Team's Potential
Reduce the shame & blame that happens in classroom management coaching
Become a More Joyful Leader
Inspire your staff to effectively engage students with challenging behaviors and celebrate growth
That’s what one teacher said after learning just a fraction of what we are covering in Behavior Rewired.
When educators truly understand the brain-behavior connection, they stop feeling like they’re constantly reacting. That teacher went back to her classroom with new eyes—not just for her students, but for herself and her colleagues too.
“I grew up in a family that didn’t talk about emotions. We hear all this stuff for our students, but I realize I need it too. The way you put the brain into animals…yeah. You changed my life.”
It creates ripple effects—through classrooms, schools, families, and even generational patterns.
School leadership goes far beyond teaching staff to manage student behaviors.
I appreciate Jessica’s ability to translate research into conversation. This is just what our staff needs!
